How many newsletters will we get in a year?
We recommend that you prepare a quarterly newsletter. To be effective, a
newsletter needs to be sent out consistently and on a regular basis.
Newsletter experts agree that the minimum number of newsletters in a year
is four.
Will I be able to review the newsletter before it is sent out?
You will be sent a draft copy of each newsletter approximately a week before
it goes to the printers. This will give you an opportunity to make any changes
you want.
Can we include our own articles and firm news?
Yes. Or you can provide us with the details and we can turn them into an
appropriate article.
What about the confidentiality of our client list?
We are aware of the importance of a firm's client list. We use it strictly to
produce labels to mail your newsletter. We do not share you list with others.
What is our investment?
The newsletter is $400 an issue plus the cost of printing and postage. We
have a printer who handles all of our newsletters or we can work with your
printer.
How do we get started?
Call or e-mail us and we can have your first newsletter ready within a few
weeks.
